Bi-lateral projects

Bi-lateral project is a generic term to call workcamps (generally) composed not anymore with a community of international volunteers but groups ( often already formed before the project but not always) composed of volunteers from the same country, club, university or organisation, coming to work with national volunteers and a local community for a local project. The kind of project and its organisation is most of the time equivalent to international workcamps, with some specific aspects related to the origin of the foreign group.
The advantage of bi- (or tri- or quadri- ) lateral projects is often a higher cohesion of the members of the group, as they usually share more common points (cultural, generational, educational) than an international group. The disadvantage for the participants is a more reduced inter-cultural aspect of the project.

We are in contact with loads of communities and organisations that would need some support in periods out of the main international “season” (April, June to September, December). If you are an organisation, a company, a club or if you are simply part of an already composed group who would be interested by doing this kind of activity in Mexico in general and Chiapas in particular, please just contact us. We surely will issue an exceptional project for your fellows and yourself while giving a serious hand to a needing community.
