STRUCTURE
Nataté is a democratic organisation and it functions following its Constitution. Its structure can be represented by the table below.

The General Assembly of members is composed by all the members, the Assembly if the decision making body of the organisation. It meets twice a year, approximately each six months. The Assembly elects the members of the Administration Council, establishes the priorities and the working programme of the organisation, appoints Directors and managers, monitors the activities and the financial management of the organisation.
The Administration Council is composed by four members (president, secretary, treasurer, counsellor) and it is elected by the Assembly. The Administration Council is responsible for the management of the organisation between the Assemblies. The Council is chosen between the members of the organisation and works on voluntary basis (the Council members do not receive financial compensation).
General Director, Programme Director, Non permanent staff and volunteers act and work under the supervision of the Administration Council and the Assembly. Employees are not members of the organisation as such, but they agree with its principles of work and values and act on its behalf.

Nataté is a very young organisation and for the moment it does not receive national or international funds. It started thanks you to the committment and the efforts of its funders, experienced volunteers and international voluntary service project managers, teachers and development workers. Nowadays our financial situation can be described as following:

- direct fund raising activities (parties, concerts, etc)
- donations (in money and kind)
- voluntary work
- Outcome:
- office material
- salaries
- communication and advertising
- project development and management
- partnership building and international networking (including membership fees)
- local, national and international travels
